The 19th Convocation of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology was held on May 16, 2009 at CIIT M. A. Jinnah Campus, Lahore. 281 students from the faculty of Business Administration, Engineering and Information Science & Technology of CIIT Lahore campus were awarded degrees on the said occasion. 16 students from various programs were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.

Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmad Khan Khosa was the chief guest of this august ceremony. The Chancellor CIIT Mr. Muhammad Azam Khan Swati Senator & Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Executive Director Dr. Imtinan Elahi Qureshi, T.I, Worthy Rector Dr. Syed Muhammad Junaid Zaidi S.I, Director CIIT Lahore Campus Dr. Shoukat Ali Hayat graced this auspicious occasion with their presence.
