a pivotal part of any professional studies. In the rapid technological advances
and the ever changing market place, there is a strong demand for the professional
who are both, attuned with business functions and are well-versed in information
technology skills. The Management Science department offers MBA program (Regular
& Executive) that caters both the needs of management and technical studies.
The objectives of this program are to produce managers, leaders; executives equipped
with the modern techniques/skills for government and private organizations. The
department offers a wide range of the related coursework focusing on Marketing Techniques,
Business Communication, Leadership and Self-Management Skills, Management of Human
Resource, Finance and Business Strategies. Moreover, E-Commerce and Computer Programming
and System Development Courses are also offered. The Faculty of Management Science
department is greatly experienced in Management and Business Studies. Their exposure
to the professional world at National & International level will help the students
to enhance their skills and enrich their minds with the new standards of professionalism.
The atmosphere is informal and queries from students are always encouraged. Access
to the Instructors is very easy and a speedy feedback is provided, always. The State-of-art
education, new knowledge and skills in the field Business Administration are provided
to the students that make them highly effective and well equipped to move into the
rapidly advancing field of IT and avail opportunities in the University as well
as in the surrounding community.

BS (BA):-
CIIT’s bachelor program in business administration is a four years (8 semesters) durations and 133 credits hours. Students have the option to specialize in the subject areas:

Already enjoying a good reputation among employers, our program gives students a rigorous insight into business administration from both holistic and as well as methodological perspective. Emphasis is placed throughout the program on grooming the personality of our students and sharpening their communication skills. CIIT expects that its students not only be throughout familiar with all essential and current business concepts and practices, but are also able to think analytically and innovatively and above all, to judiciously apply their acquired knowledge in practical situations they may encounter in a professional context after their graduation. This program prepares them to proceed onwards to a more targeted master’s program in business administration. BS (Eco):-
BS Economics program is designed to make graduates fully equipped with Economic Theory as well as Applied Economics. In Economic Theory students would be given the basic concepts of how to deal with individuals, like behavior of a single firm and a single consumer and how to look the things from aggregate perspective which is the major courses of Economics named as Micro Economics and Macro Economics respectively. After studding these branches of Economics students will be aware of economic problems such as inflation and employment tradeoff. The other courses of Economics include Business Economics, Development Economics, Environmental Economics and Mathematical Economics. They help readers to have deep knowledge of current affairs of all sectors of their country and enable them to make decisions themselves regarding political economy.
The program will provide a strong foundation to the students for a variety of careers: banking and financial services, international business, public service, UN and other international organizations, NGOs, academia, entrepreneurial ventures and public administration to name a few. (More)
MBA -1.5 Year (18 Months)
To meet the increasing demand for advanced business education form qualified applicants, CIIT initiated its “fast track” program in 2007.The program differs from our conventional MBA program as it is of 1.5 years duration and open exclusively to the student on possession of a four year bachelor degree in business administration.
Master of business administration (1.5 years) program has been specially designed for enhancing managerial and leadership skills of those business graduates who have already completed their 4 years BBA/ BS (BA) program from an accredited university. Content-wise, the curriculum includes more advances concepts than those, which students were acquainted with in their undergraduate business programs and extensive use of case method teaching. Our MBA program will successfully prepare graduates for organizations where the applications of business skills are required. Thus, the program focuses on practical decision making and policy formulation for establishing and managing the modern day businesses.
